We want you to love your Karen Walker purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and packaging attached.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact to avoid damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
